This guarantee is for our services and does not include monument sales. However, we are confident that our monument prices are the most reasonably priced and highest quality. Production and shipping fees make up the majority of monument price.
Our monument setting fees are backed by our guarantee and will be exercised to provide the lowest cost possible when purchasing new monuments.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know so that we can remedy the problem. The cemetery business can be misleading and produce unexpected results (i.e. monument shifting, monument appearance after cleaning, unexpected stone characteristics, etc.). We strive to curb these potential issues as much as possible by explaining potential outcomes to our customers before services are provided. However, unanticipated problems can arise and if they are in fact due to poor quality of service we will correct the problem immediately at no additional cost. Each quality claim will be investigated in an honest manner to determine cause.
